Terms and Conditions
We avoid unnecessary rules, with our main aim being to secure the enjoyment of our property for each and every guest.
Full payment will be taken when booking direct to guarantee the best rate. We’ll ask you to confirm the booking details as part of our registration process, which will include the total amount you’ve agreed to pay to stay with us. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as UnionPay free of additional surcharges (unfortunately this does not include American Express) Express check-outs are available with guests having the option of paying on arrival or presenting their card details to be debited after departure.
Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival and you may Check in until 6pm. Check out is by 10.30am on the day of your departure.
We offer a full refund for any cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival time (4pm on the day of your stay). Any booking cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will be charged in full. Please note that cancellations include instances where guests choose to depart earlier than booked. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your cancellation. We advise all guests to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance before booking.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report damages as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send you an invoice, for repair or making good of any damage caused. We may also charge you for any forward bookings which needs cancelling as result of major damages caused where the room cannot be occupied until repaired.
Please note that we operate a no smoking policy throughout The Manor and as such smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the property. Smoke damages including odours caused by yourself or any guest in your party will be charged. We reserve the right to charge for any additional nights that we cannot let the room/s as a result of smoking or its electronic cigarette (vaping) equivalent. A comprehensive smoke alarm system ensures our guests safety and this will activate in the event of cigarette smoke being present in any room.
Exclusive use of The Manor is subject to separate terms and conditions which are available on request. Please note that we’re unable to accept stag and hen parties. Age restrictions are lifted throughout the period of exclusive use and as such families with young children are welcome. Please notify us of any specific requirements for young children in advance.
Minors from the age of 16 years are welcome and will be accommodated at full price. Unfortunately we do not provide roll away beds or cots.
For the comfort of all of our guests The Manor operates a strict two guests per room policy.
We cannot accommodate babies or children under the age of 16 years unless families opt for Exclusive Use of the property, please accept our apologies. We kindly request that any special requirements are confirmed 14 days prior to arrival.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets under any circumstance.
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
We’re committed to making The Manor as accessible to all guests as possible. Sadly we do not currently have any guest bedrooms on the Ground Floor. Guests with mobility impairments should note that a number of large steps are a feature of the entrance to The Manor, and that our guest bedrooms on the First and Second Floor require the ascending of stairs. We strongly advice any guests with any accessibility requests contact us, as we’re committed to assisting wherever feasible. We operate a strobe and sounder alarm system which will assist guests with any hearing impairments in the event of an emergency.
